Others described lush flowers, tropical beauty, even castle gardens.
What I saw instead shocked me — and made me realize how little attention I was giving to myself.
That moment changed my life — and set me on a journey of exploring how we can reconnect with our inner selves, so that success doesn’t cost us our health or our soul.
